Shipping policy
Delivery within UAE
L’adorine offers "Free" Shipping to all customers within the UAE, on all products ordered online, with a minimum value of AED 2000.
Shipping cost will be determined at the point of check out for items ordered of values lower than AED 2000.

Shipping to GCC countries other than UAE
L’adorine offers free Shipping to GCC countries for products with a minimum value above AED 2000 or USD 500 approx.
Items purchased online of a lower value than AED 2000 will carry a fixed delivery fee of AED 100 per shipment.
International deliveries (non GCC)
All international orders will be shipped, with an additional charge (at COST), via FedEx International Priority®.(Or with our logistic partners)
International Shipping costs will be determined at point of sale.
For regional and international shipments L'adorine partners with some of the leading names in the shipping and logistics industry like Aramex, FedEx, and Transguard (Emirates Group).
Order Tracking
Once an order has been received, processed and payment is received the sales item shall be dispatched via one of our delivery partners. You may track the shipment using the issued shipment tracking number.
Orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within one business day if the item is in stock. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday shall be processed on the following Monday.
Please note that ‘Made on Demand’ or out of stock items will be available within 4-6 working days at which point the order will be dispatched.
Customs fees
Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other handling charges will be borne by the customer. We have no control over these charges and can only provide rough estimates at the time of your purchase as the import laws are different for different countries and are constantly evolving.
In most cases, the courier company, delivering the parcel is advised by the local customs authority about the taxes or import duties if any. The local office of the Courier company will then contact you to update the same. If you are tracking the order online the message on the tracking of the air waybill will mention "Held in Customs - Awaiting Duty and Tax Payment"

Insurance
All orders dispatched by L'Adorine are 100% fully insured from the time it leaves our fulfillment facility in Dubai until it reaches your doorstep, Digital Signatures of the Person receiving the package will be maintained as proof of delivery.
