Local Orders

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have ordered online, we offer an exchange or refund within 3 working days of order delivery. Please note the item should be eligible for an exchange and must be kept in the original purchase condition. 

Please note that all pieces will be subject to quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact including all tags. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the piece returned is determined to be damaged.

Please note that we do not accept return on earnings due to hygiene reasons and all custom orders and special orders placed with L’adorine are final sale.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
